 Wild Wellness Fire + Ice self with the Well Traveller crew Wild Wellness were absolutely delighted when Well Traveller contacted us to feature on their Channel 10 TV series. There was much laughter, a few high pitched words when entering our 5-degree waterhole and an all round joyful time had by all. That's right, mindset coach and psychologist, Annia Baron, made sure of that with her 'breath of joy' that had us flinging arms about in the wild Tassie air. See the full half-hour episode here.
