The white sands are inviting to walk barefoot. But imagine plunging into this landscape; truly being one with nature. Led by a breathwork + cold water instructor, tap into your resilience, guided every step into the cool Tasmanian waters.
Don’t like the cold? Do Wild Wellness your way – every element is optional – from meditation through to an pre-arranged ice bath request! Writer-led journaling with the founder of Wild Wellness follows, to reinforce and carry forward our experience into daily rituals. This isn’t about towelling off and getting back into life’s fast lane – every guest takes with them a little something beyond our time together.
The small group experience includes a short walk, delish morning tea and hot drinks, guided breathwork, cold water experience and journaling session including Wild Wellness blueprint.
