Join us for a deep immersion into the Wild Wellness Method on Tasmania's untamed NW coast. From 10am-4pm we'll gather for a life-shifting experience, complete with nourishing Tasmanian fare, breathwork, cold plunge, Clinical Psychologist Masterclass, restorative yoga and author-led journalling.
The Wild Wellness Method is an Australian first - a merging of wellness professionals, decades of experience and global thought leaders - delivered through retreats, partnered walks and online courses. It's the latest antidote to modern day stress; a wholesome script to wellness - as seen on Channel 10's Well Traveller episode here.
Our Wild Wellness Day Retreat begins with powerful breathwork, led by Clinical Psychologist and Mindset Coach, Annia Baron. This prepares us for the powerful program that spans our three core pillars of Wild Wellness.
During our time together we combine cold water plunging (though not compulsory, it's a sensory wonder for those who take the dive!), breathing techniques and Annia's Wellness Masterclass - her joy is supporting you to create a life you desire and deserve. With powerful energy flowing we'll hit our Wild Wellness journals, following a specifically designed blueprint with Wild Wellness founder, Alice Hansen.
We believe there is no better place than Tasmania for wellness. It's one of the last wild frontiers, at the edge of the world. Here, we breathe some of the world's cleanest air. It's wild. It's also the home of national award-winning Wild Wellness.
This is no ordinary oceanside day.
We round out our time together with a restorative yoga class, looking out across the water - strangers now connected through our Wild Wellness Day Retreat.
COLD THERAPY
Ready to invigorate your life? Discover the power of cold-water therapy during our optional morning plunge. We’ll go deep, exploring the benefits of cold water immersion. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never dipped a toe into Tassie’s cool waters or you’re an enthusiast from way back. You’ll learn strategies and tools that will last long beyond our time together. Expect to be challenged, reset and exhilarated.
BREATHING
Take a deep breath. Isn’t it about time? Learn ancient breathing techniques that work wonders and can be tapped into for a lifetime to come. This breathwork is about boosting energy, dropping stress, recalibrating the nervous system, detoxing your system and so much more.
WILD WELLNESS JOURNALING
Alice introduces you to Wild Wellness and its three pillars; connection, care and commitment. There is time for contemplation, gentle prompts and optional sharing of lived experience during our journaling session.
NATURE
In Tasmania, we are gifted with nature in her most wild mood. We’ll immerse you in our island landscape to soak up its transformative ways. We’ll be on Tasmania’s NW coastline and exploring together as we venture for our cold-water plunge.
CANCELLATIONS
All bookings incur a 20% cancellation fee which is non-refundable. If you cancel within seven days of the event, the full retreat cost is incurred. Special/emergency cases can absolutely be discussed
